After we inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, the best approach is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get what you want without delay.
